Scope:

Overall management of project capex and scope across several projects, provision of all health and safety compliance features as well as providing managed packages of work for the client. This included;

  • €23.0m+ capex in standard care food factory
  • Installation of new 2x state of the art packaging line
  • Removal of existing packaging line
  • HVAC system upgrade and chilled raw material storage expansion
  • Installation of full service packages – extensions from existing (electrical, pneumatic, ammonia, water, gas lines)

Scope:

To provide an automatic solution to remove condensate return water away from the current process, which was being manually handled. This included:

  • Reviewing current processes
  • Evaluating and presenting all possible solutions to the client, taking into consideration the delivery time and associated costs
  • Removing the old system
  • Supplying and installing a new system to return the wastewater to the existing condensate return system
  • Commissioning and handover to the operations team
  • Reducing the project budget by over 45% compared to the client’s initial proposals
